About your enquiry data

How this website uses information submitted through its contact form.

The contact form collects your name, email, message and any company or phone information you choose to provide. It also records the page URL, referring page, campaign parameters and submission time.

This information is stored in the Olano Sites database and is available to authorised administrators for responding to and managing your enquiry. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in your message.

If you want to ask about or request removal of an earlier enquiry, use the contact form and identify the email address used for that enquiry.
